What is the big 3? Treat others right, make smart decision, maximize potential
The big 3 are positive goals designed to create a safe, creative, and engaging learning environment for all students. the big 3 is from the core essentials character education curriculum. this curriculum focuses on a trait each month through school wide/classroom activties and providing parent with resources.
The curriculum infuses the following SEL competencies:
1. self-awareness
2. self-management
3. social-awareness
4. Relationship skills
5. responsible
6. Decision-making
Please make sure you reinforce the big 3 at home too! we will email a monthly newsletter to inform you of the monthly word (character trait).
